Information We Process

To deliver biometric and geofenced attendance, BioMatriX OS processes employee work email addresses, check-in timestamps, GPS coordinates, verified selfie photos, and authorized mobile device tokens. Payment credentials (card numbers, CVV) are handled directly through Razorpay and are never stored on BioMatriX OS servers.

Purpose of Processing

Telemetry and employee records are strictly utilized to verify shift punctuality, calculate timesheets, detect punch fraud, and generate employer audit logs. We do not sell or monetize workforce data.
