1. Service Scope and Organization Accounts

BioMatriX OS is an enterprise cloud workforce attendance intelligence and timesheet governance SaaS operated by Code Impact IT Solutions. Subscribing entities warrant that they are authorized to process employee attendance data and designate workspace administrators.

2. Permitted Use, Geofencing & Device Binding

Administrators and employees must protect their credentials. Users agree not to spoof GPS coordinate streams, tamper with device-binding tokens, or reverse engineer verification security.

3. Pricing, Billing and Prepaid Subscriptions

BioMatriX OS subscriptions are fixed-duration prepaid access licenses denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Automatic recurring debits are not configured in this release; continued service requires manual renewal upon term expiry.

4. Termination & Data Retention

Upon subscription expiration without renewal, account write privileges pause. Historical workforce attendance data remains safely exportable for compliance and archival purposes for a designated grace period.
