Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchased plans are fixed-term prepaid software licenses. If you encounter duplicate transactions or technical non-delivery, submit a request within 7 days with your Razorpay transaction ID. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–10 business days.
